I'll never understand why some Realtors will weasel their way into getting both sides. Their job is to get the best deal for the seller; that's it! He showed up to show the property on the weekend (the lister had shown it the day before) and mysteriously the key was missing from the lock box. So he called the listing agent and of course, he didn't know anything about it and didn't have a spare key.
