Great article! I'll never understand why some Realtors will weasel their way into getting both sides. Their job is to get the best deal for the seller; that's it! It also frustrates me to no end seeing bank listings with no pics, and sometimes, no descriptions.

Steve Trang’s last blog post..$149,900 :: 3504 E Coconino Way, Gilbert AZ, 85298

Excellent articles. Sounds like you had an interesting day. What is the old saying about walking in someone elses shoes? Don't believe I want to. No telling what this agents shoes have been in. Sounds like he? earns his paycheck. Just made an offer on a foreclosure for a client and it was accepted. So far, so good.

"Realtor will weasel their way around and limit the marketing done on a property so that they can sell to their own client" That just happened to a friend of mine in Denver. He showed up to show the property on the weekend (the lister had shown it the day before) and mysteriously the key was missing from the lock box. So he called the listing agent and of course, he didn't know anything about it and didn't have a spare key. Naturally getting a locksmith out there that weekend was out of the question.....and by the following Monday the bank had accepted another offer...
