Lovely looking pool. I would want to change the paintwork and floor in the kitchen

Definitely a good looking pool and outdoor area. The interior could use more detail. The cabinets would probably look better if painted.

California is a place I have always dreamed of living, although I feel living in Florida where I am at right now is probably a spot most wish they could live at, I guess the grass always seems better on the other side.

The upgrade to wood laminate flooring is really a good investment in this condo. Flooring is a great way to add value which makes the condo much more attractive to many different types of buyers. With the market the way it is, you should have no problem finding a suitable buyer for this condo.

I wonder would I be able to own a house (no matter if its a condo) like that? If you look around these days, a lot properties are for sale, it’s a very good investment for those who still have the resources, and a passing opportunity for most of us.

Wow, really love the flooring. I’ve always preferred laminate over carpet. Just too messy.
