Bank Owned vs. Corporate Owned ?

What is the difference between bank owned and corporate owned? There are some foreclosures for sale here in Riverside Ca, that are being advertised as Corporate Owned Homes.

For some agents It's a different way of saying bank owned because they don't like the stigma that Bank owned gives a property. The correct use of Corporate owned is when it is owned by a corporation which can happen when a
company like say Qualcomm is transferring an employee to a different city often times the company agrees to buy the employees house if it is not sold within a reasonable 90 day marketing period.

This is happening less and less these days as companies are being more careful with expenses and less generous with employee benefits.
