I woud suugest that you do not do a BPO unless you feel you will be able to get the listing out of it because doing all of that work for $100 or less may not be worth your time.

BPO Fees seem to be getting lower

We have been doing more and more BPO's and lenders seem to be really lowering the amount they are willing to pay you for them. Has anyone else expereinced this?
