In addition to using Call Capture technology as a marketing tool to provide potential home buyers additional information about a home which is accessible 24 hours a day, I'm beginning to use some Text Msg technology on sign riders, flyer notes, and will be using a sign that resembles a "cell phone" as the for sale sign for REO properties.

For those unfamiliar with the term, "call capture" technology it's basically a toll free phone number with a specific extension which is attached to a property.

Example, 1-888-888-8888 ext 8888 a person would hear information about 888 Maple Street, Anytown USA (this is only an example and is not a working number).

When a prospect calls from their home, work,or cell phone, the toll free system captures their information (phone number) and sends a text message and/or email to you regarding the call. The text message will say what number called and what extension was used. You can then call the person back to discuss the home further and build a relationship regarding their needs.

Text Msg (messaging) is similar to call caputre but instead uses a "keyword" which is sent to special phone code. Once the keyword is sent to the special phone code, the call receives an automatic message to their cell phone with a short desription of the home or property in question.

Example, keyword TeamAgREO and special code 88888, if someone were to text message this they would get reply like: Contact TeamAguilar for all your REO Home Sale needs, call Carlos or Alex at 999-999-9999 today.

This technology caputres the individuals cell phone number and provides an immediate contact number to reach them and discuss their home buying needs further.
