Can you provide some additional details on what you would like to know. Are you looking as a buyer, seller or working in the business?

Do some research first on which area of the real estate business you want to focus on. After that, you can study by yourself through books and find a mentor by volunteering your services in exchange for training you.

It is difficult to advise without knowing the place for which you need the info about but you can always check the State department's website for the guidelines.

I think if you are going for an investment in real estate, never go with the mindset of quick gains, though those are also possible but be a long term player for the real benefits and gains. so where ever do you want to invest in real estate think long term.
